The Challenge
Suada founder, David Thomson, was hired as a keynote speaker and delivered a speech to the Coutts team around the power of persuasion and influence. Learning how to communicate optimally and how they can better serve their clients. David also prepared a coaching session and delivered it to their senior leadership team.
The Task
Because of the success of the initial keynote, Coutts senior leadership team saw an opportunity to work further with Suada and hired David to deliver a coaching session. This session was extremely well received and focussed on the art of storytelling and how to frame your message.
