So from today, I've taken basically that there's a lot more information that can go into the sales process and how to influence people, basically. I actually wouldn't even call it a Sales Transformation Course, I'd call it more of a 'Communication Transformation Course' in terms of, you know, just understanding how to listen to people, the kind of information you get from them and putting into context to understand how you can get your point across, in a manner where you both are kind of on the same level.

The myriad of different ways to kind of pose questions and different constructs within questioning.

So, you know, if you come across different kinds of objections or a different kind of person that has a different personality type, you can choose to restructure how you ask things so that you appeal more to their nature.
