Million things off the top of my head. Questions, framing, frame control and making it personal to them. I am going from the general down to the specific.
My sales process before was pretty hit and miss. I enjoyed chatting to people, having a good conversation and a good laugh but there was no structure to it. So now I know where I am, where I need to go and how to do to influence that.
My favourite part actually were the days like this, this start down, the finish day, because getting the information together is awesome. And then having an environment where we can talk and interact with itself. So, it's real life. That's one of my favourite things.
I'd recommend this course to anyone who wants to get better at communication, not just sales, because this can work outside of business: consultation, friends, family, relationships, any way anyone who wants to just get better at communicating.
